UNICEF Appeal: Flooding In Northern Pakistan
The worst floods in decades have affected Northern Pakistan and UNICEF ambassador Robbie is appealing for your support
Over three million innocent people are in urgent need of help, including one and a half million children. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa area is worst affected; the government has put the death toll at 1,400 people with more than 100 people still missing. The actual figures are said to be higher.
Access to many areas have been cut off by the rising waters, with houses, schools, roads and vital supplies washed away by the floods.
Basic food items and medical care are at the top of the agenda. UNICEF needs your support and the children's charity is appealing for £30 million over the next three months to help meet the needs of the children and keep the most vulnerable alive as the threat of disease increases.
A donation of £30 could provide vaccinations helping to protect more than 45 children against killer diseases, while £50 could provide water kits supplying five families with safe drinking water.

Just an idea: Why not collecting donations with an own Robbie-Williams-Donation-Account? I am sure, if people feel like they give the money to you and you will forward it, they will spend a whole lot more. Maybe this would be way too much work for you, but..... who knows. Maybe it would work?

Rob, you're a very good person. Helping to raise money for UNICEF to help.... is wonderful, an example for all us. I helped as I can in the Haiti campaign and I was very touched with the situation there. There are a lot of people in the world that need our help and than a celebritie like you and another with you are helping and visiting them is fantastic! But unfortunatelly with the news of Haiti I read that all the money don't arrive to the people and the situation continues very wrong for people and children...This is terrible!! Rob, do you know it?
