Hi Rob.Enjoyed the gig so much at Cardiff on the 14th.In the past always went with a bunch of hormonal middle aged woman but decided this time(as you're all so mature and grown up!)to go with my husband.And what a night we had......singing cooching(that's Welsh for cuddling!)and generally enjoying each other's company in an amazing atmosphere.We hadn't been to a gig together in years you know......kids,work and life's little stresses all getting in the way. There were loads of other marrieds there too, which was great. We didn't want it to end but when the curtain finally came down we were happy to come home;made some bacon butties and rambled on about how bril it was to our two gorgeous teenage boys!One of them said 'you didn't dance did you mam?' with horror in his eyes! I admitted to the odd boogy but chose not to tell them about the occasional teenage scream! I think the best part for me was when the sun was just setting and there was that half light.....I think you were all singing The Flood and at that point, I gazed around the stadium,inhaled the atmosphere,squeezed my husband's hand,and thought to myself, life doesn't get much better than this.It was sensational. Hope you all have a fab time during the rest of the tour;just make sure that when it's over, you all have a well deserved rest with your loved ones too.It's important to enjoy the simple things in life...you know bacon butties, home made chips,walks in the park ......got to be done! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication;we loved it!x
Hey Rob, Went to see you at Villa Park last night the 27th and what a fab night it was.I was literally a hands throw away from holding your hand when you sang Feel and just being that close was more than enough.You were fabtacular as usual.Enjoy the rest of the tour with the lads and i will see you altogether again in a couple more years. What a fantastic gig! This is the second time I have been, went to Sunderland in May and screamed so much I gave myself tonsillitus. ha ha ha! oh well was so worth it! Well done Rob you never fail to please. Dvd is already on preorder and I can't wait till next time! x
Went to Villa Park and thoroughly enjoyed the night! No voice the next day, but soooo worth it. Seriously wanted to beat that grumpy cow at the concert with a big stick but then again, you put her in her place and said what we were all thinking! You were staying about 5 min walk from my house and I seriously thought about trying to see you....totally chickened out!
i was there at the front absolutley amazing concert !!! robbie rocks !!!! still cant stop talking about it now its great to watch all the videaos and relive it again cant wait till the dvd comes out : )
