"Radio Rudebox"

Looking at the ideas of what Radio Rudebox might be from the eyes of my fellow friendlies is proving very interesting, it just makes the wait seem so much longer - I would quite like all or any of the ideas, I personally think that Rudebox is a decent track, lyrically clever, it's just the melody/backing track lets it down as there's no rhythm - hearing it live on the Progress tour during Howard and Jason's dance-off was ace, a backing track of just live music, which enabled him to medley it with Keep On.

Wow, ramble much - erm, so yeah, Radio Rudebox... It's a mystery, but one I look forward to being unveiled

In Toronto on CFRB 1010 we have a stand up comedian named Mike Bullard with very similar humour to Robs who hossts a 1 hour radio show 12 noon - 1pm M-F. He has to work his humour around news stories, so not all but most of his shows are very funny - irreverent, sarcastic & cheeky, as if he were familiar with Rob; taking a page. I make a point of catching him. Wouldn't that be aweesome to hear Rob every day; straight from his home. Thinking of all his interviews & having recently listened to the Rob Casts & Ayda said he does skits around the house. An idea made in heaven.

Can't imagine what's missing from Rudebox, sounds perfect to me & love the whole album.

Why haven't I thought about that?! Well thought, Moonii This could actually be, what Radio Rudebox is about!! Wouldn't that be great? Rob making some kind of web vids, where he presents the new material for us! Really hope this is what it is, even though I'll be excited about it, no matter what it is

Hi friendlies, when I was listening to the radio today, they played a song Radio Gaga, and I got an idea or better just an association - Rob has recently spoken about Freddie Mercury, - Radio Gaga - Radio Rudebox. But probably Radio Rudebox won´t be a song, but it sounds more like something bigger, some kind of project or so. Well, let´s wait for more info

Oh I hope so. I was just trying to think what would keep us all buzzing about the place and what would also benefit Rob - it's business after all ... even if it's fun! Building on the current energy in here makes sense to me, unless he wants to take some real time-out, which - given the album is already being produced - doesn't appear to be the case ... touches wood and crosses fingers

I was thinking about it recently and you know what, I think "Radio Rudebox" is going to be an online radio jukebox containing all of his songs that can be played and we'll be able to pick for example 30 out of them to make our dream set list for the next tour and save it on the same page, so he can have an insight into our choices and then maybe some kind of software they're going to use which will pick 30 most voted ones! I wish it's something like this, it would be so much fun to do!!!! Would be also great to have 30 sec preview of each track from his new album, so we could maybe include some of them on our lists as well! Awwww, I have such a huge imagination!!!!!

Wouldn’t it be so much fun if Radio Rudebox was an interactive website where there were videos, interviews, games, polls, discusions. You could design your own avatar, make your own videos, animations etc.
I wonder what it really is. Time will tell.
