Job for Robbie Williams with the judges

ROBBIE Williams has been lined up as an X Factor judge along with singers Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani and rapper Tinie Tempah.
The move comes after Dannii Minogue snubbed £1million to return to the panel.

With auditions starting on Wednesday, bosses have turned to some of pop’s biggest names to fill the slot alongside Louis Walsh, Tulisa Contostavlos and Gary Barlow.

Robbie, 38 — Gary’s Take That bandmate — will be in Britain next week for Soccer Aid and has been pencilled in for one of the London auditions.

With a full-time replacement unlikely before the boot camp stage, rock legend Rod Stewart has also been suggested.

Insiders claim Dannii, 40, pulled out after demanding £5million.

Friends say she is still angry at X Factor boss Simon Cowell’s decision to reveal their affair in Tom Bower’s biography.

That XF panel is going to be really crowded....

I suggest they line up the 4 Judges chairs put on the Benny Hill music and when it stops whoever has a seat can be a judge and the others have to slope off back to their music career.

Simple.

If Robbie were to do a one off - I'd love to see it. I firmly believe he would be brilliiant at it.

I just read a comment on the Daily Mail website about the demise of The Voice and the judges on there. A lady said just because you're a good pop star that doesn't make you a good presenter and it doesn't necessarily mean you can engage with people or indeed hold their interest in you and your opinions. I couldn't agree more. I'd love to see Robbie put himself in that position and see if he is as good at it as I think he would be. But as has been said - he's supposed to be footie training Wednesday so not sure how he could be in both places at the same time.

If it's where they were last time in 2010 it's about an hours drive outside London not central London. But it could be different this time.

THE X Factor was plunged into crisis last night after a string of big names turned down the chance to be a judge.

Dannii Minogue, 40, rejected a £1million offer to return on Thursday.

And now a host of other celebrities including Katy Perry, Rihanna and Nicole Scherzinger have snubbed Simon Cowell.

Bosses are now frantically trying to book guest judges for the auditions, which start in Liverpool on Wednesday.

Luckily Robbie Williams is all but certain to appear at next weekend’s London auditions as a special guest.

Now that Simon Cowell has dished out the categories for X Factor 2012 to judges Gary Barlow (Overs), Louis Walsh (Groups), Tulisa (Girls) and Nicole Sherzinger (Boys), it’s time for the really BIG reveal.

Where they’ll be jetting off to for the judges’ houses round and who they’ll be taking for celeb style support!

Gary and Tulisa have already started ‘fessing up, it seems the excitement was just a bit too much, but in Tulisa’s case, we can kinda understand why!

While Gary will be teaming up with Robbie Williams again – surprise, surprise – he’s chosen a fancy pad in Mallorca for some rather dramatic reasons.

His wife Dawn AND Robbie’s wife Ayda Field, are both due to give birth THAT week.

So naturally, Gaz and Robbie chose somewhere close by…?!
