Yes...
The situation is really similar to 2005. Rob is returning at the big concert in England before a long awaited new album. Let's swing again, Rob!

I'll be nervous for him too Jackie but I'm not going to make comparisons with 2005 whatever happens.

That was then, this is now.

But I'm hoping that he manages to enjoy it just a teeny, tiny bit.

I'll be willing him on and keeping everything crossed.

So, I'm not the only one feeling that way. I keep praying - "please wear a suit; please wear a suit!" Don't you think he would? There isn't a lot of moving around room on that stage or is there?

Suit for swing. Jeans for LMEY.

Classy understated performance for MTK, a totally over the top performance for LMEY please.

I want to see The Mall bouncing.

awww, elodieee, believe me he looks great with that haircut, I didn't like it at first, and prefer longer hair on him, but one good thing, it should be a tiny bit longer by now.

the stage does look smallish, but the picture may be deceiving, bloomoon.

I am kind of thinking he would wear a suit for Mack The Knife, and something like he wore on the Progress tour for LMEY. I don't think he will perform the two songs together because the concert is about celebrating each decade of the Queen's reign. I don't see the two songs fitting together, and feel Robbie may represent the 1990's for LMEY and a different decade for Mack the Knife. That is my theory anyway, probably way off the mark.

Really, really looking forward to seeing him do Mack. His performance of this song in Wetten dass was perfection......WoW. All the right moves & voice.

Has Rob ever changed clothes for a show; that could be new. (except when he took them off)

Good instructions Laura; not too understated tho; a bit of The Robster Flair would be great..

I'm struggling because CBC in Canada isn't showing the concert til Tuesday 2;30pm our time - my TV can record that. That's good, but it better not just be just highlights! I want to watch it live thru Expat Shield on Monday2:30 but I'm working 2:15 til 3:45 & I don't think Real Player can record that. It only recorded the commercials at the beginning of SA. I soooooooo...ooo don't want to wait!!!
I know there was the list of songs, but is there a schedule showing the order; maybe Rob will be after 3:45 - please. My head hurts.

Thoroughly enjoyed the boats on the Thames. Started watching 8:30 this morning. Beautiful & very grand. My mother-in-law (English) told me how, as a very little girl, she remembers many hundreds of boat of all kinds - "the miracle of the little ships"; rescuing soldiers at Dunkirk. Very touching.

Bloomoon - I've not seen a running order so no idea what time Robbie is on.

But I did read Gary say when the last acts are on (and he named Kylie, Stevie W, EJ and PM) that they would be on one straight after the other so I'm guessing swing will be nearish the start and LMEY before the last four acts but I'm probably completely wrong.
