These were pretty much the exact words they told me. So, the least I will do is, to contact this team again. I guess, they're not very much interested in negative feedback.

Yes, that's true. Got the same answer from them. I'm quite sure that Rob is not aware of the poker site putting his name in their answers. But someone else could get it wrong and get angry at Rob. Maybe someone should tell him.

I agree Celtic, I have had some very rude people join my table ... rude as in don't even say hi back to me when I say hi to them. From now on I will not speak to 'strangers' until I am spoken to. So much for trying to make people feel welcome!! lol

It's not the new players, and it's not the fact that I have people sitting at my table being level 10 having 3 million chips.
It's the way most of them behave. Sitting at the tables, not even saying 'Hi', going all in with crap cards, ruining everyone's hand and killing the relaxed atmosphere. Or the multiple players. Having three or more ava's sitting at the same table. Ok, I'm not able to prove it, but when someone calls himself e.g. Bob123, the next one is called Bob321 aso. it's pretty obvious. The poker tables seem to be overrun by people who are even not very much interested in playing. Just sitting out all the time. Isn't there a way to have a bit more control over all this ? I mean, over the past weeks, most of us were close-knit. We had a brilliant time together and I'd say, nearly everyone was a proper player. But now this all seems to get busted a bit. I hope this won't last long.. it kills the fun a bit

Yes, that's what it's like at the moment. I reported these subjects to the support team, but I got no reply until now. I think they're really not interested.
The familiar faces seem to vanish more and more from the tables. And I totally can understand why. This morning, I came into a room full of people and the only one saying 'Hi' to me was katybaines. One of the long term players. The rest were so not interested in even greeting me. That's impolite and ruins the unspoken rules. I'm not expecting them to chat with me for hours, but a simple 'hi' and 'bye' should be possible.. even if someone doesn't speak english.

At 1.30 tonight i spent about 15 mins in a sit and go with Rob. I lost a million to him which i knew i would and probably made a fool of myself as i was so nervous i couldn't make my fingers and brain work together. You know what i don't care, who would have thought a few months ago i would have got the chance to play and chat to him even though i couldn't say very much. We really don't appreciate what is happening here. By the way if he asks you to trust him don't fall for it he is only after your chips.

Its still a nice place to go. I've been going less because I'm not very good and my chips are my chat so I've had to limit how much I play but when i'm there I've still had a giggle with the newbies.

Don't forget they might be intimidated by the longer term players and Rob fans and they won't know about all the fun we've had over there. Give them a chance and see if you can make them feel included and if not then PM fellow friendlies for a sit n go !

Although I know that there are not much people interested in reading in here or maybe reading negative criticism about the master himself, I guess it's exactly what he wants. He's only after the chips. He comes online and vanishes into a sit and go with a millionaire. Wouldn't it be just a little bit nicer to say 'Hi' or stay for a few words in some rooms ? I mean.. are the non millionaires less worth ? I'm a little bit disappointed by him.

Scosh, I don't think that they're are somehow deterred by the long term players. Most of them are just not interested. Neither in us nor in Rob himself. Believe me or not, I'm really able to lead a conversation without Rob being the main subject, but 70% of my table partners are not able to speak out. No matter, what we are or I am talking about. Come on.. a simple 'Hi' should be possible.
Another nice experience I had yesterday: I was sitting at a low table. I was bored and thus sat down there, cause a familiar face was also in this room. 100 chips buy in, that's not much for me. I was chit chatting a bit with my buddy and three other people were in this room, all newbies. Never saw one of them around. One of them, level 47 with 400 chips left in his pockets told me, without talking a single word to me before, that I can't play poker. I asked him why and he said, that I'm losing all the time. I replied, that I don't pay much attention cause I'm chatting and I don't care that I may lose 100 chips. He/She (was a male ava) called me 'an awful player' and not worth my nearly 800 k chips. My buddy took my part and told that I can play very well aso. I left the room immediately cause otherwise I would've forgot my good breeding.
You know.. it's not only these experciences that let stay away a bit from playing poker, it's even not the fact that Rob's coming on, rushing into a sit and go and disapearing, it's the laughs that I miss. The fun we had almost every evening. I was laughing myself to tears sometimes. Now, I'm boring myself to death most of the evenings. If I wouldn't have Stefan playing with me and chatting, I think I would stay away completely. Sad but true
