* All entries must be sent by email to winwinwin@robbiewilliams.com. No entries sent to any other email address or postal address will be accepted.
* Answers sent in must be accompanied with full name, address, daytime telephone number and date of birth details. All entries must comply with all rules to be eligible for entry.
* There are two prizes consisting of one pair of BRIT Awards 2010 balcony (show only) tickets to the event, which is due to be held at Earls Court, London on tickets on Tuesday, 16th February 2010 (the “prize”).
* Travel, and accommodation and all other costs are not provided and are the responsibility of the winners.
* No further extras are included in the prize.
* Closing time and date is 23.00 GMT on Wednesday, 10th February 2010.
* We accept no responsibility for late or lost entries.
* No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
* No purchase necessary.
* There will be no cash alternatives.
* The prizes are non-transferable.
* Only one entry will be accepted per person.
* Entrants must be over sixteen years of age on 16 February 2010.
* Each prize winner may give (but may not sell or otherwise dispose of for any commercial or other monetary value) one of the tickets to the person whom the prize winner shall accompany to the event (the “prize winner’s guest”).
* Any prize winner under the age of 18 (but aged 16 or over) must select their prize winner’s guest as a person aged 18 or over.
* The competition is not open to employees or contractors of IE Music Ltd, EMI Group or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members.
* The winners will be chosen at random from those correctly received by the closing time and date of the competition. The judge's decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into.
* The winners will be notified by telephone by 12:00 GMT on Thursday, 11th February 2010.
* We reserve the right to publish the winners' names on www.robbiewilliams.com.
* We reserve the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of our control which in our opinion makes it necessary, to cancel or change the competition at any stage.
* You will be deemed to have accepted these rules terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
* These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales..

B. BRIT Awards Limited (“BAL”) reserves the right to request written proof of age and identification of any prize winner and any prize winner’s guest.

C. BAL reserves the right to refuse entry to the event if, at BAL’s sole discretion, it finds a prize winner’s or prize winner’s guest’s behaviour or demeanour unacceptable.

D. Each prize winner and/or the prize winner’s guest may be requested to take part in promotional activity and BAL reserves the right to use the names and locations of that prize winner and/or the prize winner’s guest, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
