I was an Inner Sanctum subscriber on the previous site and opted to receive a complimentary print. I haven't received it yet. Where is it?

What is a tag?
A tag is a keyword or phrase that you can add to a photo, video, blog or news article in the site to help classify it and make it easy to find when searching for that subject.
You can click on a tag, in the tag cloud (the wall of orange words often found on the left of the site) or below a photo, video, blog or news article, and all similar items with that tag will show up.
How do I upload my photos?
To upload your photos to RobbieWilliams.com you can either visit the Tour Date that the photo is from and click on the Upload My Photo button, or you can click here.
You will need to give your photo a title and a short description, to tell others about it. You can also select the tour date it was taken on from the list at the bottom of the page. If it's not from a tour date, maybe you were lucky enough to see Robbie out and about, then just leave out the tour date.
Use the tags to enter single words that describe your photo so that others can find it easily. If you're entering a phrase make sure you add the tag like this: "signing autographs".
Then 'save' and you're done.
How do I upload my videos?
To make video addition quick and easy we use YouTube.
To add a video to RobbieWilliams.com, you need to first upload it to YouTube.
You then just paste the URL (another word for link) into the 'YouTube link' box on this page.
If you've already got an amazing video you've added on YouTube then just put the link to it straight into the 'YouTube link' box, you don't need to upload it again.
Please don't add a link to a video that isn't yours, let the person who added it to YouTube choose to have it here.
If you don't have a YouTube account it is super quick and easy, you can create one here.
Then follow YouTube's instructions to upload a video. When you're finished just come back to this page and paste in the link.
What is an RSS feed?
An RSS feed allows you to see when a website has been updated. It works by automatically updating your RSS reader whenever a website is updated without you having to visit the website.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and to use it you will need an RSS reader. If you don't already have an RSS Reader set up we recommend Google Reader.
It's easy to use... simply click on the feed you want to keep track of, select Google from the menu at the top of the page and select 'Subscribe Now'. You may then need to log in to your Google account.
To check on your feeds simply check your Google Reader account, where you'll be able to see the updated News and Blogs.

The store section of the RobbieWilliams.com is currently being worked on and we look forward to telling you when it's up and running shortly.

Once the Store is launched we look forward to being able to bring you Robbie Williams merchandise in the near future.

The Inner Sanctum is no longer available but this site is packed with loads of great content for everyone.
Will you be adding any more languages to RobbieWilliams.com?
Right now News is available in Spanish and German. We plan on extending the translation throughout the site in the near future. We may add further languages and will be sure to let you know when we do.
