The Netherlands Robbie performed a very secret show in the Netherlands at the Melkweg in Amsterdam in partnership with Dutch mobile phone companies, The Phone House and KPN.
The hottest tickets in town were reserved exclusively for new KPN customers who also received a free copy of Robbie's new album, Reality Killed The Video Star too!

it was FANTASTIC!!!! I had the feeling again like 15 years ago, when i followed his The Ego has landed Tour. 1000 people there, and I was in the front! bad thing.. you needed to take a 2 year Mobile contract, so we paid a Dutch girl for that, and payed all the bills that would come. So this was a very expensive concert, but it was fucking wurth it!!!!! Wil never forget this....

I went to Amsterdam to support my PR friends who had been queing for over 20hrs when they tipped me about a ticket. I called and was so so so happy that i was able to buy the ticket! I went to the artist-entrance, saw the band arriving and only half an hour before the show started, Rob and Ayda arrived aswell!! The day started with no expectations what so ever, and ended with a close up meet with the man himself and an amazing, amazing concert!!! Thanks so so much Rob!! x
It was en still is great!! We did leave the cueline to take a cup of coffee...but we never made it to the cafe..I saw the band, Ayda and Robbie at the artist-entrance. Never even thinging that i wouldt met Robbie. But i did and it was great, never forget it!! The show was great i really loved it!!
Yesss! I was one of the lucky ones being there. It started by cue-ing in front of the Phonehouse and ended with the most amazing happening a fan dreams of! This is why I love Robbie so much, the man, the music and the performance!!!Never seen better!! Hope he liked it as well, and that we gave him a great evening as well with our enthousiasm. Would give everything to be at a concert like this again, it's so much better than the big stadium concerts. Robbie doesn't need dancers and a big show! He's got it all in himself.
It was great! Ok I have an expensive phonemembership now, but it was absolutely worth it :D. Rob was in great shape and so close (sight from 5th row). He did pretty much fan interaction: lying in front of fans, shaking hands, took a picture of the audience with a fan's camera ;) IT WAS SUPER :D

it was soooo great being there...We were up for 4 nights to call the radiostation for the tickets.. but....no luck.... aarght..... thanx to the guys of the phonehouse in Haarlem my friend got a new contract for her new phone... included two tickets!!! yes...We could go to amsterdam....unfortunately no meet and greet but we could go and see Rob Neil and the other bandmembers.... After shopping around we came to the Melkweg....loads of fans already there... it was a great atmosphere..even because of the rain... we got our bracelet and left for a bite... than back again and....I saw Neil walking around and thougt I saw Rob....but guess what I need to wear lenses I think.... It was the manager of the melkweg...oops... but after entering the melkweg we stood at 3 mtrs from the stage and had such a great show...I felt like i was a teenager...nervous and you know what i mean.. than Robbie came on stage and it was sooooooo great... thanx man for this great show!! unfortunately I can't upload my pics....too big.... but again thanx for everything and wishing you all a very merry christmas!! and a robbiefull new year!! And ofcourse Robbie for you and Ayda I wish you all the luckiest and merriest Christmas ever and a wonderfull happy new year!! Oh and Petra!!! thanx a lot for taking me with you!!! xxx
First of all, a very special thank you to the person who managed to get me in!!! That was just so cool :-) It was a long, cold, wet day queuing, and even though I met many lovely girls we were all glad when the doors finally opened. Luckily a lot of people in the audience opted to go for the balcony or the bar straight away, so even if you hadn't been at the front of the queue there was still a chance to get close to the stage, and we got a standing space near the right hand side as planned, where Neil played right in front of us throughout the concert. The show was short but very intense: they predominantly played older songs, plus their version of "Human". Robbie had finally exchanged his brown shoes for some really funky trainers and was in perfect performance mode, making a lot of grimaces, rolling around on the floor, asking us to sing along, and chatting to various girls throughout the show. At one point a girl gave him a present and it seemed as if he was really curious to open it right there and then, and then a Spanish girl banged in to get his attention and the moment was lost. He asked the audience if we'd prefer Morning Sun or Starstruck as the next single; apparently his management wanted it to be Morning Sun, while the audience that night showed a slight preference for Starstruck. Management was standing at the side of the stage during the performance, and Ayda was with them, dancing and singing along to every tune. Lightning effects during the show were great, but difficult to catch on camera. The main part of the gig was over all too quickly - just 45 minutes - and even though they did two songs as an encore, making the event last one hour, it didn't quite feel like a "real" (full) concert. Still, the atmosphere was great and their overall performance absolutely ace, and I did get the impression that Robbie was relaxed with the situation and really enjoying himself on stage.
One of the security people told me there where exactly 1550 people on the list! It was not a big room, but there was space enough for everybody. Beautifull show! Allmost everybody knew his new songs and they where all singing with Robbie! Respect Robbie ! Great performance !

there was a time when we were always informed about you gig: now we need to pray to be so lucky to know if and when you're going to performe a live. It's a sad . Anyway, I hope you're happy and this feeling still remain the most important thing for most of us. Kiss.
I WAS THERE!! Well..only thanks to the best friend in the world who won tickets. As diehard fans we just had to be there. It was a fantastic night, thank you for an amazing show!!
It was great to see Robbie in a the Melkweg again. I also saw him here on his ego has landed tour.
