First Print Interview With Reunited Take That In 15 Years
Monthly music bible Q magazine hits the news stands on Tuesday, 26th October and the December edition holds a special surprise for you all.
Not only with Robbie, Mark, Jason, Gary and Howard be gracing the front cover, which was photographed by Bryan Adams, but you'll also be able to read the boys' first print interview, as the newly reformed Take That, in over 15 years… wow, we're sure it's going to be quite a read!
Paul Rees, Q's editor-in-chief, was the lucky man who got to talk to them all and has told us that the topics of conversation included how the reunion with Robbie came about and also more on the recording of new album Progress, the band’s first with the Robbie since he left Take That all those years ago.
When asked about the interview, Paul said: “The Take That reunion has unquestionably been the biggest story in music this year and Q is delighted to be the first to tell it in depth. Personally I think everyone is at least curious about Take That right now. Over the course of the last couple of records they’ve successfully reinvented themselves – and they also put on a genuinely great live show.
Even before Robbie returned they were arguably the biggest band in Britain. On those factors alone they’d be a Q cover band. The return of Robbie has only magnified that.”
