House Of Fraser Present Robbie With UNICEF Cheque
Farrell stockist House of Fraser has been busy raising money for Soccer Aid over the last few weeks and, if you stopped by one of the ten stores stocking Robbie's menswear label recently, you'll have no doubt seen the collection boxes. Thanks to all their customers giving generously, the department store raised a significant amount of cash ahead of the big game yesterday, contributing to to the Soccer Aid proceeds which go to children's charity UNICEF.
Before he headed off to Old Trafford to throw on his footy kit last night, Robbie dropped by Manchester's House of Fraser to pick up a cheque on behalf of UNICEF. Take a look at the photo below which sees him pictured with the Farrell staff.
Thanks to everyone who donated their spare change in store, every penny counts towards supporting UNICEF and, with your help, they can make a change to the children around the world.

OMG I didn't even mention our very own SOCCERAID ANGEL JOOLS68 who did you and Manchester proud ALL weekend making arrangements for the meet, downloading maps and tram guides and helping anyone who needed guidance and mostly for picking up Shiva from the airport and making her part of her gorgeous family for the weekend:D Jools you and Sooty and the boys are my new heroes and I love ya all lots and lots x x x x x Rob she would have made your heart swell with pride at the lengths this girl went to for your Friendlies ! Rob THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! You have just given me the best weekend EVER !! We had a friendlies meet up yesterday before the game and it was wonderful afternoon meeting all the blog friendlies and the poker peeps from all over the world. The RWFunPoker Team showed up too with the winners of the Socceraid Tourney and I really hope they get the pic to you cos MATE - YOU STARTED THIS - AND YOU GOT A DAMN GOOD BUNCH OF FRIENDLIES !!!!!!!!! We sat in the sunshine had drinks and laughed like old friends and it was AWESOME !!! Then in groups we left still laughing to get the tram to Old Trafford for the game. There we met more friendlies all recognisable by the fab badges AmyNo1Friend and ForeverFriendJulie created for us or by our Friendlies United or Poker themed Hoodies T-shirts flags and banners, not to mention Mikes unforgettable and hilarious AVI outfit !!! I was still being stopped in the street by friendlies at 12o'clock at night when they saw my scosha t-shirt. We sang , we laughed, we cheered (Me only once as ENGLAND destroyed my hopes of a ROW Victory !!) but more than anything we smiled ..at each other ..at strangers ..it was an amazing day !!! What you did was fabulous for UNICEF and the amount raised was fantastic both teams have a lot to be proud of !! You made our night when you noticed our banner (MissSexy,Shiva and Scosha) and gave us a wave and a thumbs up (although a snog would have been nicer ;)) Rob you're an awesome popstar and your friendlies are the craziest funniest bunch of feckers I have ever met!! Hey my Diamonds Green Eyes, I think you recognized my waterfall glasses, eh? The blue t-shirt Farrell bought there too, but I put on the vest jacket, the pin of Port Vale, bought the day before at Burslem... yes, I was there and I also saw the Red Lion pub! It was high emotional all the weekend, Mannie, Stokie, the pub, the two stadiums, the farrell's clothes (from the salesman to the manager) the England's win, the italian fan club ( diario italiano rw) that was with me and you with your amazing glance that will be a memory for ages! I can honestly say, it was the best weekend I've ever had in my entire life... yes I'm still young, but I'm speechless and without voice for too much screaming during goals! ahahaah Love from Italy and see what we can do for Farrell here... you have our complete support, so why not use it? ROB - Did you like badge? Not the only presentation in HoF yesterday!! Unbelievable luck - still can't believe it - on my way to meet all the lovely friendlies in the pub before the match and walked past HoF and thought - mmm, lets just pop in and take a look at Farrell. Got down there and you walked in !!!!!!!!!! Fab to see you Rob and brilliant you got that cheque for Unicef. I had the Friendlies badge in my pocket hoping I might be able to get it to you in the evening at the match. Never ever imagined I'd be able to just give it to you just like that....
