You gave me the answer Rob! So many people ask me why I go to see the same concert over and over. You talk so often about bottling the feeling, about the magic in the air. I now know what to tell them. I now simply answer: because in life everyone needs to feel the magic as often as possible. Seeing you and the boys is magic Rob. I am so glad I let you back in to my heart again xx

Rock DJ Pants - Howard Banner - Hi Robbie, I think you have done a fantastic job on tour ignore the silly comments and tell them to ring 0800 ***** (sooo funny) - You were ALL amazing. (Ive been wanting to ask you this but never thought I would get the chance years and years ago I won a competition on BBC Radio One to win your Rock DJ pants think it was with Dave Pearce I got on the telephone and was on air and they sent me headphones instead??????? Did you ever give those away to a comp!! I have two kids who are both massive Take That fans told them that the concerts were for Mummy only though!! Came at Villa Park 27th June and Howard (my fave) kissed my hand on way past I about fainted. Then we were at the barriers at top of B stage at Wembley on Friday 8th July - Had "Howard : Show me your Cockpit" Banner and a small one saying "Put your Donald in my Duck" Im sure Howard seen them and had a little laugh it would just make my day and make up for losing out on the Rock DJ pants if he can remember them Thanks for your time. Wonderful blog, yet again Rob :-) ... hope Milan was a blast and the weather was better there than it has been here lol!!! .... Treetops looks a wonderful place, bless the poor children, and their families. I see its one of Jonny’s charities, but is it one of yours too? Hi Rob, do you get the chance to see any of the wonderful places that you visit on tour? I visited the San Siro for a football match a few years ago. While my fellow Englishmen (and women) got off the plane and headed into the bar I took in some culture. The Duomo Cathedral is magnificent. On the roof is all these beautiful statues. I was just standing there in glorious sunshine taking it all in- it was so spiritual. But then the moment was lost as a chorus of "who the f*cking hell are you" rang out from the square below. I was so ashamed of how we were representing our city and ultimately our country. Oh and we lost as well. But the ice cream and pizza was magnificent and made up for it :) x

 running doesn't come naturally to me either rob but www.marathontalk.com podcasts are bloody brilliant! Martin yelling and Tom Williams rant and rave and Tony audenshaw is a legend with his trials! When I first started listening to them it was as addictive as your blogs just couldn't get enough and it really does make running natural and when that happens another new addiction starts! Have a listen let me know what u think! We should rant and rave here  LOVELOVE 

Have I told you lately that I love your looks? No, not only the clothes or your body (although I wouldn´t kick you out of bed to be honest - grinnnnnnnn - Ayda please forgive me I´m just fooling around - you are the one definitely) but that you shine internally as bright as possibly. Your face is softer, the bitterness vanished out of it like by a miracle, you can smile naturally now not only your show smile you´ve been wearing so many years like a mask. Hi Rob, can't believe this swearing melark is still being spoken about! Saw it again on a news site today. I was there on that Tues night, what a load of crap the media write. People can make something out of nothing! Anyways, as you mentioned you have a bit of time on your hands, read this book "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch, changed my life and never read anything that made so much sense.
