Puppies ! luv them but i cldnt eat a whole one. as i type this my poor pup is looking at me in the "just try it" eyebrow way ! if dogs did not exist ........ i would just have to invent them. couldnt live without my mad dog Jinky !
Darn it, you've given me that "puppy urge" LOL Our 2 GSD's are big boys now, but at least they are still full of playful spirit and give us lots of laughs and lots of love. Some times I buy into that saying - "the more people I meet the more I love my dogs" - but reading your blogs and the responses from fans renews my faith in the human race. Your happiness and excitement about the tour is tangible and infectious; it's so great that we can all share the experience. Manchester was a blast, wish I'd bought tix for Wembley too. Just being greedy.. Hope your new puppy brings you and Ayda lots of joy. xx p.s. Tarkus, in my pic, had just come to us from a rescue kennels, that's why he was so skinny!! We've had to put him on a diet now. "Mummy's little hippopotamus" is not a flattering nickname....... He kisses with his teeth.... (gets a bit mixed up) but never enough to hurt. Just one of his many loveable quirks. He was 6 months when we got him and he's nearly 2 now. I couldn't be with a bloke who doesn't love dogs. My hub's dog mad. (whoops, the pee ess is longer than the msg).
Last week our German Shepherd died at an gastric torsion He was just 8 years old. A vieuw hours before he got ill he was playing with his ball in our Garden. It is so sad to lose a friend like that.
Rob I hope for you and Ayda that you find a friend in one of these lovely dogs.
I will look for another little friend too but I will never forget my friend Quinten.
Their little tush's look as scrummy as yours did when I saw you in Sunderland ;-) maybe you should have all 4 - Gary, Howard, Jay n Mark lol - can u imagine shouting them across the field! xx
