I would like to know how you can "reduce shipping prices" when the cost is set by the post office and NOT you. The cost to Australia is absolutely ridiculous. Family send me calendars from the UK and it isn't anywhere near what you charge. so will not be buying RW calender, it's cheaper postage on EBAY !!!work that out.
Well, after posting a comment on here on the 17th Nov about the condition of a calendar I received I have just taken delivery of a replacement one from robbiewilliams.com. So less than 10 days later I received the replacement with a free gift as a sweetner, I must say I am inpressed, you guys have won me back and I appreciate the effort. Thanks guys I am now once again a very happy robbiewilliams.com customer and fan
what about america¿¿¿
I must admit I mostly get my stuff from Amazon with free delivery and it's usually very well packed.
Thanks, just placed my order. Can´t wait for the parcel to arrive. It used to be very expensive on postage, but now it´s OK. Treated myself to a nice x-mas present ! I do watch X-factor UK every weekend. Rob, is there any chance to see you perform on X-factor? Would be great to see you on TV again!!! Can´t wait for the tour....Something to look forward to ! Hello to KCL 2307 . Did you receive my email ? Angel of the north.
ROB, thank you so much for joining the "RTL Spendenmarathon" (Collection Campaign for kids all over the world on German TV Channel RTL). You´ve got such a huge, warm heart. Hugs Love towards your place and to all your beloved. Moni
your right "robbiesmissus"it is the postage handling but if the item was packaged properly like in previous years it would not be a problem. I received an email shortly after my post on here saying they will replace it but I had already complained via customer service with no result. Funny how as soon as my post went up on here i got a response....just saying. Please dont take it as a personal attack on Robbie.....I know that hes not in the mail room packing this stuff. My issue is with the price of postage and handling and it not being packaged properly..Robbiewilliam have said they will fix it and I believe they will so now I am happy. end of
this is good news especially living in australia, postage is massive,i am sorry for those who got calenders in bad condition mine arrived perfectly fine,it is the fault of poastal handlying and they should be more careful of packages,it was so nice that RW.COM sent replacements
:D I ♥ Robbie Williams
Hi, I can sympathise, my calendar was badly damaged when I received it. However, I complained and was sent another one (which was packed slightly better) on the proviso that I returned the damaged one (they provided a pre-paid address label).
I dunno if I will order anything ever again. I ordered the calendar a few weeks ago paid more for the postage than the cost of the calendar in fact paid more than double. When the calender arrived it was in a padded envelope! Thats all... the calender is damaged, bent and dog eared. In previous years the item has been sent in a sturdy cardboard package. Its not fair, you charge more for "postage & Handling" and you send it in a envelope with no protection from being bent or folded, it has a long way to come to Australia and I thought that was why I was paying so much for it. Cant tell you how dissappointed I am I nearly cried when I saw it
Awwww I wanted to get a 'sexed up' T-shirt in medium but they are out of stock. Will you be getting any more?? I absolutely love my sing when your winning footie top, its gorgeous. Thanks xXx
