Take The Crown: New Album Out 5th November
We can finally reveal that Robbie's new album, entitled Take The Crown, is released later this year on 5th November! Even better news is that you can pre-order it right now to make sure it's yours the moment the release date rolls around.
“After the Take That reunion – a busman’s holiday, a break from my career which re-energised me in many, many ways – I wanted to come back with a massive solo album," said Robbie about his forthcoming release. "My main priority was to write what I consider, and hopefully what the world would consider, to be hits. I’m very excited”.

Music industry magazine, Music Week, have already had a sneak listen and are singing Take The Crown's praises:
“Take The Crown is the big, brash, confident Robbie Williams pop record that his fans have been longing for but maybe didn't dare expect. If it had a sub-title it would be ’In Case You'd Forgotten’. Not wishing to denigrate the art of the record executive, but Island may as well have chosen the lead single by chucking a dart at the inlay sleeve. They couldn't have missed. And for those of you who simply can't wait until 5th November for a taster of Take The Crown, you'll be pleased to know that the first single to be released from the album, Candy, will land on 29th October. A brilliantly addictive classic pop song written with Gary Barlow, this is what Robbie had to say about the track:
“It’s a summer song about a girl who thinks she’s great. And she might be, but she’s a bit nefarious with her ways. Some songs take an age to write and some songs just fall out of your mouth completely formed, and you don’t have to think about it. I don’t know why that fell out of my mouth and out of my brain at that particular time – it just did.”

The album is available in two editions, including deluxe. Both are available on CD and as a digital download. In addition, there will also be a double vinyl available, which will be limited and numbered. Stay tuned for more details on this special format.
The CD is available with a choice of covers; the limited edition 'Roar' (limited to only the first production run of the CD, so it won't be around for long!) and 'Regal'.

I'm waiting on 5 November on the new album and because I'm not interested in any publicity armed movement around Robbie Williams, and it's because I really admire as a singer Robbie Williams, and I hate the media circus that is generated around, which show little to Robbie Williams singer, creator, writer, musician, artist, (the media or maybe for Robbie same?) "what would really be worrying", nobody seems interested in knowing or show Robbie singer,so many questions to ask singer Robbie Williams and many questions to ask the singer, without answers ,with more years of age, as seen himself, what kind of music making ,as he was changing his mind through the years with respect to music, to where you're going to do after achieving so much success. they want to advertise the intimacies of counting Robbie his private life, his health problems, need testosterone, problems of depression, his psychiatrist, sees ghosts in his house, sees UFOs abduct him, hears voices, their family intimacy, intimacy in marriage, I do not know much about how to promote a great artist but for me this type of advertising media circus, is momentary and fleeting and people are left wondering, if (RW) is so crazy and say strange things, can make really good music or time has finished ,I can not believe that Robbie Williams, its almost 40 years old, and a great career in music need to do this, does not favor his image great singer, maybe Robbie agree with them to be part of a media circus. I'm sorry if I can not express correctly what I think, but English is not my native language. Best regards.

I was one of the unfortunate people who didn't get the chance to buy tickets to the show in Glasgow. I'm disappointed but oh well - c'est la vie. Congratulations to everyone who did manage to get tickets...You must be so Chuffed! I was part of the unfortunate clan who got the 'unsuccessful' email. I was coming from Australia so maybe it was a blessing in disguise for my Bank account! Such bad form from Ticketmaster though i must say... I so feel for all the People who got Dublin and Glasgow Tickets... What an absolute nightmare!...I agree with @silke... I hope you do a gig one day where all us 'active' members have first pick for tickets... We would promise you the best gig ever! :-) Anyway.. Must go to bed and unwind from all this!
