The long wait for Red Nose Day 2013 is nearly over and we are very excited to reveal that Robbie will be appearing in a top secret sketch recorded especially for Comic Relief!
The sketch will be shown on Comic Relief - Funny For Money on BBC 1 from 19:00 GMT tomorrow as part of a star-studded broadcast that celebrates the 25th anniversary of Red Nose Day. Make sure you tune in to find out what Robbie gets up to!

Technology seems to be a blessing and a curse! It has brought us the ability to interact and see things at the touch of a button! I would be RW deprived without it, and would never have had the opportunity to "meet" (metaphorically), all of the clever people on this site. We are so fortunate to be able to bring RW and each other into our daily lives and hearts. ( Perhaps we all feel that he is so much a part of our lives, that we go into "mother/father lion" mode)! ................ Well said @WTF76-- hopefully we all took a moment to contribute to the cause that centered this blog............. @Tanny-- just lovely! You make a nice couple ;>). (I was so overjoyed when I found my 10 second snippet of my pin-dot face in the audience from the O2, so I can not imagine how delighted you must be congratulations)!...... @jenny--agree about the history of CandyWW--WOW!...... Oh my goodness - don't check in for a few days and now trying to catch up with interviews, meet & greets, rants, love, and Scoshies dirty jokes ..... Sorry to join in late - had a poorly week and just not kept up have I? Happy to hear good news - but sorry to hear conversations harping back to the 'j' word..... Big cheer for @up.hanley.duck for quoting one of the best and most sincere blogs you ever wrote Rob. I personally would be devastated if the community and friendships that have evolved here are ever put under threat. I may not always be the best at keeping up with everyone and getting on here, fb, etc every day, but I still think about all and hope everyone is ok. We should all feel free to come & go - life is busy - but it's very special to pop in, catch up, say hi, leave a post, back to reality..... But Rob you should NEVER EVER feel bad about not interacting with us. You do a damn fine job! We are incredibly lucky that you share your achievements and experiences, your hopes and dreams, with us so openly. I think we are blessed and in my own particular busy little life my 'Robbie Hobby' makes me happy in so many ways and I guess every now & then I just want to say a BIG thankyou - long may you be our Chief Friendlie Mr Williams! Dear Rob, this is your place, is where we can make our dreams come true, I know you're very busy, but you will probably have a time of day to rest, I would like, if you can, make a video on the site your home that you like and where you feel more relaxed, you and your guitar and sing to us the song that you like,eternity.....etc.much loveeeeeeeee.

Do you think that RW ever feels like the small pet that children almost "love to death"? Hopefully, we won't squeeze too hard! ;>) Much appreciation to all on this site! Rob with Stefan Raab - watching the show "Schlag den Raab" I had to laugh loud as Stefan asked you for do a fight with him next show. would like it very much. but be careful. stefan is biggest stage hog in german television and his ego is going up to the moon, like his ambitions. I think on the whole we are all pretty appreciative of all the lovely contact we get from our fabby popstar. @kezbert I "like " your like button request I've been thinking that would be nice for a while now. @July like your point too, as much as Rob is "only human" so are we of course the green eyed monster will creep in now and again happens to the best of us but I can honestly say I love the friendlie power camaraderie, there's something lovely about "knowing " other friendlies and hearing about there Robbie moments. @mel yup me to on the crap at poker stuff although must admit to creeping about being a peeping Tom watching the chat on a Robbie game once, lovely @northernbird even tried to get a message to Robbie from me but the chat moved on unfortunately. Anyway better go, big love to all friendlies however you are feeling ! And of course big big love to our lovely boy Mr W , bring on the summer! Eek x
Dear Rob: May I give my sincere opinion about your performance on poker lately? You're not doing so well, just take a look on your placement on the rank. Pffftt. If you'd have accepted my buddy request, I'd be able to send you gifts every day, I've been the fairy of chips, my friends on poker can testify it. But I have to quote your wise words in the wedding Cowell-Cowell: "So you can do what you like, do what you like, no need to ask me, do what you want, do what you like, do what you like, no need to tell me..." despite that I stand here crying like Rylan*! Nice quote, up.hanley.duck. I have no idea why the discussion went this way and I don't think this was intended in the very beginning. So Rob, you need to know that there is SO much love and mutual support in this community, be it on the blog, at RWFP or FB, and it's you who brought us all together here. So I don't think there is any need for a jealousy discussion cause I've never seen a community where people are as happy as here for anyone who gets their treat. This doesn't mean that we're not allowed to get sort of frustrated now and then when things don't work out the way we wish they would, that's just human! But there's absolutely no reason to blame our popstar for it. So Rob, you know we're happy about every opportunity we're offered – or any other friendlie is offered –, just keep it going, you're doing the right thing. xx
