There's a little story that surrounds me getting a ticket for Rob's gig in Dublin. A week beforehand I caught the bus into town. Whilst sitting there a Jinny Joe flower floated in through the open window and landed on my lap. If this happens you are supposed to make a wish and blow it away, so I made my wish to be lucky enough to go to the gig the following Friday. If the flower comes back to you then your wish will come true ! A couple of days after that I was in Newcastle Airport and got on to the Metro going into the city center. Whilst waiting for the train to leave, true as I'm sitting here typing this, a Jinny Joe flower blew in the open doors and landed on top of my bag ! A couple of days later on the Wednesday I tried for a ticket and having being unsuccessful all week trying to buy one, I managed to bag myself a ticket to see Rob ! It might sound a bit daft to some but I look on it as the universe at work .. as they always say " it's the little things " . I'm sure Rob you might remember catching Jinny Joe's when you were little ! It's one of those things from when we were kids ! Anyway I went to see him on the Friday night in Dublin and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a fab gig choc full of hits that seemed as fresh as when I first heard them. It was a real privilege to see Rob perform up close and personal ! A real treat ! thanks again for coming back to Dublin ! : ) kisssssss

I did not need that much luck as a colleauge from work asked me if I wanna come as he did get the chance to buy the tickets... I have been to so many live shows (all over Europe) of so many different artists but even if I didnt see much ( i was standing like middle-ish & I am only 4ft11 small I have to say I never enjoyed a gig that much... ;) It was just amazing, perfect, the lights. the atmosphere... Thanks Robbie for an amaaaaaaazing show & congratulations and all the best to the birth of your little baby girl :) Best wishes Jen x

I got the chance to buy 4 tickets as both mine and my husband received emails..was so happy that a true fan such as myself got lucky with tickets :) I decided to get tickets for my mam and sister to come along, my mam is a huge Robbie fan its her dream to see him perform live! She was so excited but unfortunately she wasn't able to come in the end. She had a knee replacement and it has been causing her so much pain age knew she wouldn't be able to stand for the full gig. My brother who is another huge fan came instead. We had a fantastic night Robbie looked and sounded amazing. What a show! No frills just pure showmanship we loved every second of it. Come back again soon please!! Congrats to you and your beautiful wife on the birth of your daughter! Xxx

I didn't manage to get tickets for my local venue, The mighty Barrowland Ballroom, but did get them for Dublin. Barrowland is a fantastic venue with great atmosphere - it would have been great to see you there, but I was delighted to see you in Dublin. I loved it! Fantastic set, fantastic artist, and I have to say, a pretty good venue :-) In contrast to the last time I saw you in Glasgow (Hampden) I can actually remember it too - bonus!
