Life Thru a Lens debuted at No.11 in the UK and finally climbed to the No.1 spot in its 28th week of release, with the single release of smash hit Angels catapulting it up the charts.

Robbie recalled: "The album had sold about 33,000 copies - which is bugger all as far as I'm concerned. Then Angels comes out and suddenly the album goes from 33,000 to 300,000 sales. Then two weeks later it went double platinum. I was a very happy boy!"

The album also includes Robbie classics Let Me Entertain You, Lazy Days and Old Before I Die.
